Terms of Service:

By commissioning me you automatically agree to my TOS, along with any changes that may be made to my TOS during or after the completion of your commission.If you are confused or unsure about any of the statements, you may discuss them with me.I have the right to refuse to do a commission for any reason I see fit. I do not have to provide you with the reason if I do not want to.

  • PAYMENTS: I accept payment in the forms of USD and DA Points. Payments must be made before your commission will be started on, unless a payment plan is agreed upon by us.

  • REFUNDS: If you require a refund for whatever reason, please contact me and I will try to work something out with you. I will not provide a refund if your commission is already completed. If the commission is already started, a partial refund may be issued instead of a full refund, along with sending you the WIP of the work so far.

  • CHARGEBACKS: If you charge me back for any reason, you will be banned from commissioning me in the future. Just contact me if you need a refund and we can work something out.

  • EDITS: If I send you WIPs of your commission as I am working on it, you may request whatever changes you please so long as it is reasonable. If your commission is already completed, I will only make small edits for free. Ask me if you're unsure if your edit counts as large or not. Large edits may be done with an additional fee.

  • CLIENT-MADE EDITS: I allow a commissioner to personally edit their commissioned artwork however they like, other than removing my signature.

  • USAGE OF WORKS: If you wish to sell any sort of merchandise created from or with my artwork, you must contact me and get my approval first. I may ask for a portion of the profits depending on how my work is being used / what the product is.

  • ADOPTS & CUSTOMS: You may do whatever you please with any adoptables or customs you purchase from me.
